I’m a learning and development consultant and the founder of Blended Learning Studio.
Since launching Blended Learning Studio in 2017, I’ve had the pleasure of working with global brands and businesses to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions.
Once I landed in the exciting and rewarding world of learning and development, I’ve never looked back. From day one, I knew, without a doubt, that this was my calling. But while my focus is squarely on people development, I make a point of working with clients from a spectrum of industries for two reasons. The first is to avoid being pigeonholed in a particular field…and potentially growing stagnant there. The second is to have the flexibility to bring my passion and expertise wherever it is needed.
Because creating custom solutions is what I do. Putting together bespoke blends of learning facilitation, executive coaching, and learning design is what gets me out of bed in the morning and excited to fire up my brain and connect with my clients. So, working in the same field day after day, year after year, just wasn’t an option.
But no matter what I’m doing, the current running through my work — the kinetic energy that lights me up and sparks real change — is always empathy. It’s what allows me to consistently put my clients at ease, giving them peace of mind that they’ve partnered with a passionate expert they can trust to untangle their knottiest people development challenges, cut through the complexity of launching learning solutions, and deliver major, measurable results for their organisations.
Before launching Blended Learning Studio, I spent many happy years as an in-house learning and development professional after detouring away from an early interest in psychology. Throughout my career, one thing has always been consistent: a sincere desire to solve problems for people in a way that’s relevant and authentic and leads to incredible outcomes for everyone involved.
When I’m not knee-deep in L&D, outside of work, I love travelling, powerlifting and Olympic lifting; I’m a food enthusiast and enjoy cooking variety and eating at restaurants with friends and family. I was born and bred in London but am now located in Kent.
